Mark Milanese recently took on a project for a homeowner in Downingtown. After several updates, their home is difficult to recognize!
Mark refreshed this home with a number of exterior updates, including:
- New siding by Alside. The color is charcoal and the style is dutch lap.
- A new roof by CertainTeed in the color burnt sienna and the style landmark dimensional laminate.
- New windows by Alside in the color white in the style mezzo double-hung
It also got several architectural accessories, like:
- Terracotta raised panel shutters with s-scrolls and hinges
- White scalloped dentil molding
- Beaded sofift, custom fascia & door and window casing
